Our LetsProtect policy has been specifically designed to meet the needs of private landlords who are purchasing self-contained property for investment purposes.

The cover includes buildings insurance, legal protection and an element of contents cover for the landlord’s furniture and other items as well as accidental damage to items such as bathroom fittings, fixed glass and underground services.

Optional cover includes home assistance which provides 24/7 emergency cover, tenancy dispute, accidental damage and rent guarantee.
